OP Builders is led by Diego Otero, a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida
with over 15 years of international experience in civil engineering and project
management. Originally trained as a civil engineer in Colombia, Diego has managed complex
construction and remodeling projects across Colombia and the United States.
He holds a Project Management Certification from the Berkeley Business Institute in
Sydney, as well as specialized training in concrete durability, environmental management,
and architectural finishes. After relocating to Florida, he founded OP Builders to bring
his technical expertise and passion for quality construction to homeowners across Miami
and Southwest Florida.
Today, Diego leads a dedicated team committed to delivering beautiful, functional
spaces—guided by precision, transparency, and a client-first approach.
